RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are pleased to accept items for return or exchange that meet the company’s requirements. For assistance, feel free to contact us at support@aghaperfumes.com.
Return Policy
We will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Note: If returning an order in full, the sample with purchase must also be returned. Otherwise, $10 will be deducted from the refund.
Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for a refund or exchange. Inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report. We will assess the claim and determine if the item is eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased at aghaperfumes.com. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and account used for payment. Orders placed with vouchers will receive a new voucher with the same expiration date (if valid).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty. Sale items, special orders, and personalized or engraved products are not eligible for return.
When returning items, ensure the following:
- Include the original box and packing materials.
- Provide a copy of the shipping invoice.
Note: Agha Perfumes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
FAULTY GOODS
If an item is received broken or faulty, it will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact support@aghaperfumes.com for assistance. A return label will be provided to ship the faulty item back.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (US ORDERS)

- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including the outer delivery box, with sufficient packing material to prevent breakage.

REFUND PROCESS
Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes the Quality Control review, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 4-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
